Tell us about your business
At Revive & Rise Coaching, I help divorced women who’ve been dismissed and diminished reclaim their self-worth, stop settling, and become unshakeable—in dating, parenting, and life. Through 1:1 coaching containers, I support women who are ready to stop settling and start living unapologetically.
What inspired you to start your business or say yes to this path?
After going through my own divorce, I felt isolated. There weren’t any divorce coaches who spoke to what I was searching for—fierce support and guidance. I knew I wasn’t the only one who needed this kind of space. Everyone deserves to find the power in their pivot, and that’s what led me to create Revive & Rise Coaching.
What do you feel makes your business meaningful or unique?
What makes my work meaningful is watching women go from dismissed to unshakeable. I help divorced women remember who they are, what they deserve, and how powerful they are when they stop apologizing for their needs. It’s more than coaching—it’s reclamation.
What’s one lesson or turning point that’s shaped your entrepreneurial journey?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that you are not meant for everyone. In the beginning, you can get caught up in wanting to help anyone and everyone, but the truth is, not everyone will resonate with you or your message. And that is perfectly okay. Focusing on the women who are truly aligned with your mission is what creates the deepest impact.
Is there a moment in your business you’re especially proud of?
Starting my podcast, The Divorce Energy Audit, has been one of my proudest moments. It’s given me a platform to freely speak, share my journey, and interview incredible guests who bring valuable insights to my audience. Creating this space has been such a joy and a huge milestone for my business.
What advice would you give to a woman navigating a similar path?
Sometimes something that feels like a loss is simply a lesson in disguise. Take it, learn from it, and don’t give up. Your journey will have twists, but each one is leading you to your next level.
Coffee, tea, or smoothies—and what’s your go-to order?
Coffee! I make my own every day in my Ninja Luxe Cafe—two shots of espresso over brown sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Shake it with ice until thick and frothy. Then I add oat milk cold foam on top. It’s my daily ritual.
What song instantly lifts your mood or makes you feel like yourself again?
"Backup Plan" by Bailey Zimmerman.
How do you start your mornings? Rituals, routines, or rhythms you love?
I love starting my mornings with journaling, or if I have the time, a walk or a Pilates session. It grounds me and sets a calm tone for the day.
A book, podcast, or quote that’s impacted you recently?
The BossBabe Podcast has been a recent favorite. The conversations are always full of insight and motivation for women in business.
What does success currently look like or feel like to you?
Success, to me, is creating impact—even if it’s just for one person. It’s also giving myself space and grace to avoid burnout, so I can be present for my family while still showing up for my clients. Balance and presence are key.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
Travel is a huge part of my life! I’ve lived in Australia and eloped in Ireland, and if it were easy to be a nomad with children, I would do it in a heartbeat.
