Tell us about your business
I run a heart-centered business built around Life Mastery Magazine, a digital platform and community designed to support midlife women who feel stuck, lost, or ready for a reinvention.
I serve midlife women navigating big transitions, from empty nests and career shifts to changing bodies and shifting identities, and help them find clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Through the magazine, I offer inspiring stories, practical tools, and mindset support that meet women exactly where they are. I also provide coaching, printable planners, and personal growth resources to help them take real, meaningful steps forward.
What makes this business different is the blend of soulful mentorship and real-life strategy designed for everyday women. Because I believe midlife isn’t the end of the story. It’s the start of your most powerful chapter yet.
What inspired you to start your business or say yes to this path?
I started this business because I know what it feels like to be in debt, to have constant life changes, and to not be sure of my identity, and I didn’t want other women to go through that alone. I know that clarity, mindset, and community are the keys that helped me—and now I’m giving those keys to others.
What do you feel makes your business meaningful or unique?
What makes my business different is that I walk beside my clients and subscribers, never above them. This isn’t about preaching from a pedestal. It’s about being in the trenches with women who are navigating real life and real change.
My work blends mindset with action. Yes, I’m a coach, and I know that mindset is the foundation of everything. But insight alone isn’t enough. That’s why I created Life Mastery Magazine—to share real stories, honest reflections, and lived experiences that women can see themselves in.
Alongside the magazine, I create workbooks, planners, and journals designed to offer practical, compassionate support through whatever season they’re in.
I’m committed to my own growth too. I study, I learn, and I invest in my mentors because I believe that the best leaders are always evolving. I built this business to be a space of connection, clarity, and courage. And I show up for this community the way I want them to show up for themselves: fully, honestly, and with heart.
What’s one lesson or turning point that’s shaped your entrepreneurial journey?
One of the most defining moments in my entrepreneurial journey was realizing that clarity doesn't come before the leap. It comes from the leap.
I spent a long time waiting to feel “ready.” I thought I needed the perfect plan, all the answers, and full confidence before stepping into something new. But midlife taught me otherwise. Life doesn’t wait. And neither should we.
When I finally said yes to launching Life Mastery Magazine—before it felt perfect, before I had everything figured out—I learned the most important truth about growth: action creates clarity. Not the other way around.
That moment taught me to stop waiting for permission and to start building what I wished existed for myself and for the women around me. It shaped everything that followed, from how I coach, to how I create, to how I lead this community.
Is there a moment in your business you’re especially proud of?
Life Mastery Magazine had over one thousand unique views last month. That is a huge milestone that just really makes all of this worthwhile.
What advice would you give to a woman navigating a similar path?
Start where you are, and reach for what's available. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Sometimes just reading something that resonates, or joining a supportive community, is the spark that gets you moving.
If you’re feeling stuck, don’t underestimate the power of one small step. Open a magazine, listen to a story, and connect with other women who are walking this path too. That single moment of connection or insight can create the clarity you’ve been craving.
And once you follow that clarity, even just a little, something shifts. You stop second-guessing. You start believing. And from there, you become unstoppable.
Coffee, tea, or smoothies—and what’s your go-to order?
Coffee. Black, espresso, long, hot, and cold coffee.
What song instantly lifts your mood or makes you feel like yourself again?
"Firework" by Katy Perry.
How do you start your mornings? Rituals, routines, or rhythms you love?
Before getting out of bed, I set an intention for the day I want to have, like a calm and productive day, and I think about what I'm most grateful for.
A book, podcast, or quote that’s impacted you recently
“Circumstances—what are circumstances? I make circumstances.”
— Napoleon Bonaparte
