Tell us about your business
Lead Generation With Endora (LGWE) is a business growth agency helping female entrepreneurs attract clients, book calls, and grow their income through authentic, intentional, and relationship-based lead generation.
What inspired you to start your business or say yes to this path?
I created LGWE because I know what it feels like to start from scratch with no audience, no confidence, and no idea how to get clients. When I moved to Germany, I didn’t speak the language and had to rebuild my life and career. I fell into the “post and pray” trap, hoping clients would magically come. But nothing worked until I leaned into what I was truly good at: connecting with people, building real relationships, and selling with heart, not pressure.
That’s when everything changed. I realized there were so many other women like me—brilliant, passionate, but stuck because they didn’t know how to get seen or sell without burning out. LGWE was born from that experience. It’s not just a business. It’s my way of empowering other women to believe in their value, get visible, and build a business that gives them freedom.
What do you feel makes your business meaningful or unique?
What makes my business truly meaningful is that it's built on real connection, not just strategy. I don’t believe in chasing vanity metrics or doing what everyone else is doing. I believe in helping women create businesses that feel aligned, authentic, and empowering because I’ve been in their shoes.
What makes LGWE unique is that we don’t just teach lead generation—we become partners in our clients’ growth. We dive deep into who they are, who they serve, and how to position themselves in a way that feels natural and powerful. The strategies we use are proven but flexible, designed to help each client grow in a way that works for them.
At the end of the day, I’m not just building a business. I’m building a movement of women who know their worth and show up for it. And that means everything to me.
What’s one lesson or turning point that’s shaped your entrepreneurial journey?
One major turning point in my journey was when I started my coaching business and began connecting with other female entrepreneurs who were struggling to get clients. I saw myself in them—the same doubts, the same frustration. That’s when I reconnected with what I was really good at: sales, relationship-building, and authentic outreach.
My background in corporate taught me how to grow businesses successfully. Though I hated the environment, I realized I loved what I was doing when it came to business development. So I started helping these women book calls and get visible, and the results spoke for themselves.
That’s what led to the creation of LGWE—a strategy-driven business built specifically for heart-centered entrepreneurs who are tired of cold pitching but know they still need a powerful, aligned way to do lead generation.
Is there a moment in your business you’re especially proud of?
There isn’t just one moment I’m proud of—it’s a collection of moments that make this journey so meaningful. From growing LGWE from scratch, hiring a team, and building a business that runs with heart, to witnessing every single win my clients achieve—their growth, their breakthroughs, the ones who stay with us for years because they trust the process—it all reminds me we’re on the right path. It’s bigger than just business or money. It’s about impact, transformation, and building something that truly matters.
What advice would you give to a woman navigating a similar path?
My advice? Don’t wait until you feel “ready.” Clarity comes from action, not overthinking. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Focus on building real relationships, not just followers. Stay connected to your values, your strengths, and your why.
And most importantly, stop trying to do it all alone. Get support, ask for help, and surround yourself with people who believe in your vision even when you’re doubting it. You are more capable than you think, and the right strategy will meet you when you show up with intention.
Coffee, tea, or smoothies—and what’s your go-to order?
As a proud Brazilian, coffee.
What song instantly lifts your mood or makes you feel like yourself again?
"Feeling Good" by Nina Simone.
How do you start your mornings? Rituals, routines, or rhythms you love?
I make sure I have enough time to start the day on my own terms. I don't like waking up and moving directly to responsibilities. I try to wake up at least three hours before I start working, and I do what my heart feels called for—writing, creative activities, exercising. One thing I never skip is getting ready for work. I like to feel my best self when I am working, so I shower, put on some makeup, and dress in something that makes me feel good. Then, I get my coffee, and I am ready.
A book, podcast, or quote that’s impacted you recently?
Amy Landino YouTube videos. She is an expert in productivity and my virtual mentor.
What does success currently look like or feel like to you?
For me, success feels like freedom—freedom to work with people I genuinely love, to travel when I want, and to build my business around my life (not the other way around). It’s waking up without dread, having time for myself, and knowing I’m creating real impact without sacrificing who I am. Success isn’t just about money. It’s about choice, alignment, and building a life that feels expansive, fulfilling, and truly mine.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
One thing people are often surprised to learn about me is that I moved to Germany without speaking the language and completely rebuilt my life and business from scratch. I quit my job and started my business with zero capital—just a deep belief that I was meant for more. Within a year and a half, I hit consistent $20K months. I had to navigate a new culture, learn everything from the ground up, and face a lot of fear—but it pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined.
