I help midlife women build online businesses with strategy and soul. I created Simplified CEO Systems to give women the freedom to be present in their business the way they want to.
With systems running smoothly in the background, you can be the networking face, the creative force, or the optimized CEO without constant overwhelm.
What inspired you to start your business or say yes to this path?
With 35+ years of experience building businesses, I know that simplicity is foundational in achieving success. By simplifying my own online business, I discovered an all-in-one tool that I could edit, redesign, and customize to provide a smooth, no-hassle office system for my clients.
What do you feel makes your business meaningful or unique?
Providing setup, customization, and integration gives my clients freedom from overwhelm and the confidence to show up fully in their business.

What’s one lesson or turning point that’s shaped your entrepreneurial journey?
I sold six brick-and-mortar businesses that I built from concept to profit because I was overwhelmed and burned out. Preventing overwhelm is now the foundation of Simplified CEO Systems. I want women to run their businesses with ease and confidence instead of exhaustion.
Is there a moment in your business you’re especially proud of?
There is not just one milestone. It is every time a client tells me they finally feel relief. When they can run their business without the constant weight of overwhelm and show up confidently, that is the success I am proud of.
What advice would you give to a woman navigating a similar path?
Simplify. Simplify. Simplify. Then embrace automation, delegation, and education as you continue to show up consistently.
Coffee, tea, or smoothies—and what’s your go-to order?
Tea. Red raspberry leaf with oatstraw and lemongrass.
What song instantly lifts your mood or makes you feel like yourself again?
Bulletproof by La Roux.
How do you start your mornings? Rituals, routines, or rhythms you love?
Meditation, water, and grounding. Then I work for a couple of hours before my Built on the Rock Wake Up Call.

What does success currently look like to you?
Being fully present each day and enjoying the process of building my business.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I love simple pleasures: quilts made by my ancestors, porches, long beach walks, and homemade meals—because in using the best of what we have every day—fine china, diamonds, whatever it may be—every day should be your best day.
